Troy did a great job on our putting green and we were very satisfied with it. However, I called him out to bid another putting green job on an investment property and while he was out to lay more sand/speed our current green back up and the communication was horrible. I first called him, spoke to him and he told me “I will call you back between 9-11am”. That never happened so I texted him the very next day following up. He replied and set up for a week later between 10-12pm. My wife called off work, prepared for his arrival and when I confirmed the night before he replies at 9:12pm that he is not coming. I have 50 people coming to our house the very next day and a putting green that I thought was going to be done in the next 2 weeks. Very disappointing and an experience that I had to share with others.

Typical fly-by-night installation company that you see all the time in Arizona. Be careful!
