I was looking for a place to add a ring guard onto my Grandmother's ring, and happened to find this place when I went to the Sprint store. Luckily for me, it was open and Jay was the nicest man! He not only gave me a ring guard, he cleaned it and took a look at the ring to give me an approximate value of it's worth. (His cleaning was so much better than my home attempt with dish soap and a toothbrush.) He recommended having it officially re-sized to fit my finger properly, and quoted a very reasonable price for re-sizing. I plan on going back to him as soon as I decide which finger I will be consistently wearing this ring. Oh, and he was so nice to do the ring guard and cleaning for free! That was such a nice surprise since I know he's in business to support himself, and I wouldn't have begrudged paying for those services.
The service is absolutely excellent! Although the store is small, don't let that fool you. He has a nice selection of silver jewelry and turquoise, and there's a lot of affordable jewelry (as well as higher end stuff, I'm sure). I would have no qualms in going to him again for any future jewelry repairs!
