Horrible customer service!!!! Tried to deposit cash for my mother who just lost her husband and they wouldn't let me. They think everyone is a criminal and trying to launder money. What ever happen to real customer service?

I'm coming in from El Paso and I walked into my favorite Bank to ask if they had a public restroom and with a smirk she said no that was the end of that and this is the end of my relationship with Wells Fargo.

Don't waste your time coming here after 4 o'clock. They are too focused on getting out of there as soon as they can, service drops tremendously after 4.

Only the drive Thru open. Ridiculous how short staffed and inconvenient going to this bank has become. Please hire/pay your employees more.

Update November 2021: Branch open for business, BUT... different. Reduced staff, no real 'bankers' unless you can grab the attention of the manager on duty. That'll get you into your safe deposit box, but won't get you that plus a new savings, checking, credit line and mortgage account in one stop (like it should ... like it used to). "It's hi-tek - so easy to do it all online now!" mmmyeah ... NO. You wanna be a "Bank"? Look me in the eye and HELP me. Don't shuffle me around because "we don't handle that from this location". Don't pass accountability off on "a different department". Don't charge me fees just because it's legal for you to do so. I am giving you the privilege of holding my money at your establishment. You should be paying me for that privilege - and CERTAINLY not charging me a fee for accounts like it is a burden for you to do so. Wells Fargo used to be maverick - trend setting - industry leader in customer service and innovation, but that was a long loooong time ago. You're not even a "Bank" anymore.
