If there was an option for 0 stars that is what I would give this woman (Claudia). Save yourself from a headache and don't even give her a chance! She glorifies herself as having excellent customer service and providing great affordable products, but it's all a lie! Not only was she hired to create a design for a remodel (she did an ok job on), she selected items from Home Depot by doing a copy and paste and slapped them on a paper for the binder, but the items chosen did not flow throughout the property and lighting was incorrectly measured, bathroom details were not thought of, material measurements were not properly done (causing additional money and time on our part). Additionally when she was to have oversight of the contractors to ensure the construction was done to design, she hardly ever showed to the property and she always had excuses. Even some of her referred contractors ended up being no good. She stated she was a wholesaler for cabinets and guaranteed quality and affordability. These cabinets were literally made out of someone's garage. For the $15k that was spent, there was zero attention to detail on the design or selection on what to install in a large chef's kitchen (no larger, deeper, no racks, design on these cabinets). They took 5 months to be completed, and when they did arrive at the property they were made incorrectly (wrong sizes, cut, etc.) IKEA has a better selection. When some items of dissatisfaction were brought to her attention, she got extremely defensive, yelled, hung up the phone and even cursed me out (the most unprofessional individual, I've ever dealt with). I will be seeking damages as this woman not only caused months in delayed, but her overall design was poor and cabinet delivery was even worse. To top it off, she is a horrible communicator and can't text, email or spell ( she has her boyfriend do all the important correspondence and immediate sales pitch)

BEWARE. She is operating in the Ahwatukee area of Phoenix. We want bathrooms remodeled and felt a designer could guide us. After an initial consultation we paid her $750 fee upfront. BIG MISTAKE. This woman (Claudia) has a fancy website. I did not notice that her website lacks details & specifics. Communication is poor. Her service consists of sending HOUZZ links and making drawings that appear rushed & lack details. She is a waste of time and a rip off.
