Alexis, marshall and the whole team are excellent. They are always so on top of everything i have asked them for and are far and away better than any other insurance office i have dealt with.

I had AZ state minimum liability insurance on my vehicular coverage and six digit liability coverage on my homeowners. Must say I had a pleasant 6 to 7 year relationship with Allstate. I had two minor parking lot fender bender claims they took care of. I had a parking lot hit & run on my new two month old GMC Canyon in about five years ago. I had to go a collision claim. I had he reducing deductible they lived up to. I understand the deductible shooting back up. Their Drive Wise module was an eye opener. I constantly got check engine light using it. The 7% premium discount didn't offset what I had to pay my mechanic the damage it inflicted on my Trail Blazer's diagnostic computer. Supposedly that computer port isn't designed to be perpetually connected and processing. Doesn't matter if it's Allstate, Progressive or Tough Luck Casualty, those modules plugged into the diagnostic port of your vehicle can result in several false reading; worst of all serious damage to the vehicle's diagnostic computer. I've learned one should not fall in love with any insurance agent or any casualty insurer. Life insurance is different; but, auto, home business and toys should be shopped when you start seeing the 1.5% turn to 3 to 4% The increases come every six months for, in my case, the last two and a half years I was with Allstate. The compound interest effect brings insurance EXPENSE up 20 to 30% in that 2.5 to 3 year period. For me that was a three year period miles driven declined by 40 plus percent. I shudder to think what I'd be paying if I went ahead and increased my liability limits on my auto insurance. Allstate's Mayhem created havoc on my financial situation. There's other reasons for it than inflation. Seven years ago I got a substantial raise over two years with a company who advertises a great deal. With advertisement comes new business. If the new business is concentrated to geographic area the peril of the insurer paying claims on two or more vehicles in a single mishap grow exponentially. Yes, I get the mailings "__Co A___" will save me $700 A YEAR over "__present auto insurer___." I noticed though the affordable alternative only extends coverage for six months. One Allstate representative could only yell one word at me, "Inflation." Maybe so, the agent wasn't my regular agent. He called to upsell me at renewal time and I told him he needs to talk to the people up above about how they treat older, retired drivers with spotless driving records and driving fewer miles. Referring to the increased potential claims payments referred to earlier, managements best way to temper the threat is to raise rates through the roof. Those who are conscientious how they drive will find a better rate. My move reduced my rate $125 month on my unbundled homeowners and auto insurance. I got a one year rate on both policies. That's far better than Amica, and Progressive's $700 savings.
