Well, I am happy with Allstate. I have had this insurance for a few years now, but the truth is I have never paid as much as this time. I am paying 220 for a 2014 Altima, which is honestly too much for me.

Honestly, my experience with you has been extremely far from even remotely acceptable. The affordability is without a doubt the ONLY reason I maintain a relationship with Allstate. It seems that you are able to provide this great pricing through significant gaps in customer service expectations, professionalism, and reliability. One of many examples of this is when I was involved in a car accident roughly a year ago. My truck was hit by a driver who ran a red light. I attempted to file a claim on the app, and was unable to due to updates on the app. I attempted to call the assigned office, left several voicemails and emails over following weeks, and never received so much as an emailed response. To this day, there is damage on my vehicle (a minor scrape, I paid out of pocket for a third party inspection following the accident) and I have STILL not received a call. In addition to this, you have randomly increased my rate several times without cause, because others have committed *****, and I was responsible for recouping this loss for you.

Insurance agents were great when purchasing our car more then helpful but now that we have had our for awhile and call we get Ill call you back with no return call happen several times still no return call as of today
