Was charged over a year for a policy that I canceled they are refusing to give a full refund. I always get the run around, by the time someone finally answers which is rare. Highly do not recommend

We've had our insurance with Jessica for many, many years and couldn't be more happy with the services she and her team provide. They are very prompt to answer calls and return messages and work hard to find the best insurance to fit your business needs. We've had to call on Infinity for last minute requests and at times odd requests and Jessica is always there to follow through. The service is outstanding and the staff are hard working, intuitive to your business needs, and kind.

I literally can never get ahold.of anyone on the phone. I was on hold for 2 hours and then the call disconnected. I went online to try to add a car on myself I didn't know what I was doing and now my insurance is through the roof. I tried calling them again to help me no answer again I was on hold until they closed and then the call disconnected again. I'm so upset maybe 3rd times a charm smh

Not what I expected.. Had to go elsewhere for insurance. Went to a better Company.
