The BEST agency around! The level of customer service John and Brenda offer is unbeatable. They know what I need before I do! I've been working with this agency for a few years now and have never had an issue or complaint. They are quick to respond, know me by name and make me feel like a valued customer every time I email or call. I highly recommend this agency for all your insurance needs. I couldn't be happier.

I received a solicitation in the mail from this agency well over 10 years ago. As a small business, I probably receive hundreds of solicitations a year from other businesses wanting to do business with me. I usually toss them. This one I filed away (in case I ever needed to switch agents) because of the obvious amount of time spent on this particular solicitation. It was a pretty detailed quote with knowledge of my business. I was impressed with that as usually these types of things are fairly boilerplate. About 10 years ago, I did eventually give John Kovach a shot at our business insurance. I have been so impressed by their service over the years, we eventually turned over all of our insurance needs to John. Having a great insurance agent has been priceless to us for our business. My only regret was not switching sooner. Thanks John !

John Kovach has been my insurance agent for many years and I feel fortunate to have him. There are just some people that are obviously invested in what they do and are committed to making sure that their customers are handled the way they would want to be. John is always upbeat, available and willing to help. He isn't an absentee agency owner that leaves the day-to-day stuff to his employees. I am often bugging him for certificates of insurance or quotes on new coverage and I am always surprised how quicky he replies. I remember the first policy that I bought from him and how he delivered the binder to my house and thanked me for the business. A genuinely nice guy who knows his business. Give him a try, you won't regret it!
