        I've never gone out of my way to write a negative review about a company but Kemper Insurance has crossed the line for me. The agents rarely answer the phone and rarely return your calls. Same goes for email. I'm not sure if they don't have enough people but this is ridiculous. It should not be this difficult to get in contact with someone from the company. I will not be renewing my policy with this agency and would recommend others to look elsewhere for an insurance provider.

        Six months after cancelling my policy they sent me to collections because I supposedly owed $60 took a credit hit for no reason I didn't owe them anything still paid to get it off my credit.
