You'll want to avoid this guy. Anyone that willingly violates the CAN-SPAM act and spams you with email quotes you didn't ask for is just the type of person you don't want handling something important, like any of your insurance needs.
Find someone with integrity, the character trait this guy obviously lacks.

James is an extremely knowledgeable and attentive insurance agent. He accommodates all our needs and will even come to our home if we canâ€™t make it in to his office. Weâ€™ve had nothing but great experiences with him! If youâ€™re looking for a personal and caring insurance experience, this is your guy.
