Farmers Insurance - Gerado Gamez Landaverde

Not able to reach anyone at this office by phone or email in over a month regarding my policy. I call almost every day, the phone just rings and goes to voice mail. I left messages and still no response. Will be changing to another Farmers branch or going elsewhere. Already sent my info to another Farmers agent. Hard to get exact quote until I transfer policy to them. They told me to call and give existing agent another chance and still nothing. I wonder if they are even open for business at this phone number. The one email I did receive from the agent did not include a signature or phone number so I had to log online to my policy to obtain the phone number to call. I double checked it with google also. I replied to the email and over a month later and still nothing.

We called to cancel part of our coverage with this office. They said they would do as we asked. No question as to why from them. No concern at all. We asked that they call us to discuss the remaining policies. No return call after 3 separate requests. We called to cancel 10 days before the policies were to expire.y We later received a notice stating we were past due on our payments. Called their corporate office to learn the policies had never been cancelled. Would not reccomend.
