I found these guys online and never thought that ac guys can be so honest and informative.They came up quick and fix my ac unit.And explained me everything by details and told me some tips how to proper maintain my air conditioning unit.Thank You I will definitely call you again if me or any of my family members will have issues with air conditioner.

James was my tech. Not only was he knowledgeable, but also polite and easy to talk to. He did a great job. I'm glad they sent him. He had my furnace up and running in under an hour and I've had no issues since. It was a great experience in an unfortunate situation.

Also the lady on the phone that help me to set the appointment was very professional and very nice she explained everything in details , I was very pleased with the company I will recommend to anyone . James was honest and upfront about the possible problem with my hot water heater. He didn't try to automatically sell me a new heater. We both agreed to try the fix to see if that was the problem instead of replacing the hot water heater. He explained everything to me and didn't talk down to me. I was very pleased with James and his professionalism. I will use Hendricks Heating Cooling & Refrigeration Co. again for my future plumbing and HVAC needs.

Hendricks Heating Cooling & Refrigeration Co. has been great servicing our HVAC units! They serviced the units at our home for the previous owners and I saw detailed service notes they provided about the systems. This was really helpful to us! The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable! Dustin just provided our semi-annual checkup and was great! Enjoy having them provide our HVAC service.
