Henry at Howards Heating Cooling & Refrigeration came out the same day we had issues with our furnace. Even though our furnace is getting older he assured us it just needed serviced and was in good shape. I appreciate the fact that she did not automatically try and sell us a new one like other companies have done in the past. I feel like Ive finally found a heating and cooling company I can trust!

Henry was a great technician. He informed me what the problem was with my AC unit, told me how to fix it and even let me know that I would need to replace my unit in about two years. He was friendly knowledgeable about the products that Howards Heating Cooling & Refrigeration offers and explained how to keep my unit performing at its best. I will be using Howards Heating Cooling & Refrigeration again.

Howards Heating Cooling & Refrigeration came all the way out to do an inspection on my heater system for the sale of my home. They were very professional. The report they gave had pictures and detailed information on what was inspected and the results. Highly recommend their services to anyone in need.

Howards Heating Cooling & Refrigeration provided excellent customer service, great prices, and quality equipment. We had them install two new air/heating units in our home. They delivered this quickly. The installation crew was very professional and trustworthy. They installed on time and cleaned up to leave no trace of their presence.
