My 5 stars are for the cleaner, Alicia P. I wish she was able to work with us without the owner but she is loyal and told me she signed a contract. Figures the owner would run his business this way. We have used CC multiple times in the last month for our restaurant. Alicia has always come in and did an amazing job.
Alicia cleans so well you will forget what some of the equipment looked like. They removed all of our liquor bottles off the shelves, cleaned the shelves and put them back. I can not express how thorough she is.
Last week I was told they would no longer provide us services. No explanation at all.
This is because 2 weeks ago, we needed our restaurant's private room carpets cleaned. One room holds 100 people, the other about 50-70. Not small rooms at all. But Jordan sent Alicia to complete the job with the rug cleaner I have in my house, to clean my residential carpets. Instead of saying he could not fulfill our request, he sent Alicia. Alicia took 8 hours and we were charged $75/hr.
When I brought this to Jordan's attention he stated, he understood my point. Nothing further.
And I still contacted him multiple times after this incident for new projects we hoped Alicia could complete for us. But I had not received any replies, until this week, when I received the email they would no longer provide us services.
CC made it very clear my business was dispensable and unwanted. They ripped us off and were unprofessional when the matter was brought to their attention. Some black businesses make it hard to support. Services: Deep clean, Office cleaning
