Stay away. They broke my stove and refused to fix it. In Oct 2012 the cleaning crew shattered my glass-top stove. After 3 months of avoiding my phone calls they finally agreed to pay for half of the repair. I found a new cleaning service, and now it's obvious what a half-done job Exclusive Maids had been doing. They cost me $400 in repairs, but at least I found a better cleaning company now.

Very professional from the phone call to the delivery of the service. Crew is friendly and accomadating, and efficent all around. However, the crew was a little late but did call to inform me a 15min delay. Overall great experience! I have weekly service.
