Most incompetent doctor I've ever seen. Arrived late to the appt, cut me off and refused to listen, and dismissed mold toxicity. He doesn't believe in mold toxicity. He has not updated his knowledge on this. Very outdated old school doctor who needs to go back to doctor school. Horrible bedside manner. Awful.
Edit: I already have contacted customer service. I've taken my complaints up the chain already and nothing was done! All I got was a 100% completely generic letter back that did NOT address my complaints whatsoever. Looks like I'll be making my complaint about this doctor to the medical board

HORRIBLE and EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF! They were unprofessional and snotty. I had an appoitment for the coming week when I got a confirmation call from them asking if the appoitment date and time still worked. I confirmed with them that it was. I come in the day of my appointment woth my mother and the front desk lady tells me that I do not have an appoitment. When I ask to speak to someone else the lady asked me to come through the door. I asked my mother to come with me, and when I did that same front desk lady got aggressive at my mom telling her "NO, YOU close the door" I was very angry but maintained my composure. I will never come or recommend this place to ANYONE. I hope they get a new professional staff. It's upsetting enough going through my condition without needing there staff to be so arrogant and rude to myself and my mother. Never coming back.
