Nick came out and did the inspection of the home we purchased in 2015. He gave us a report of his findings. In the report he told us there was a belly in the sewer line to the alley. Nick was the one who referred us to a guy to do the inspection. When we asked about it, he told us it wouldn't be a problem. Seven months later it was a problem and it got worse as months went by. When we called him about it, he had amnesia about telling us it wasn't a problem. We had to spend almost $4,000 to run a new sewer line. Nick stated in his report he couldn't check out the attic as he couldn't get through to the other side of the house. There are lights all across our attic. We found out that was a lie, he could have with no problem. Had he gone up to the attic he would have found out that our fireplace in the family room was vented to the attic and not to the outside as it should have been so the fireplace is inoperable without major repair. We paid him to do a full inspection I would NOT recommend this firm based on our experience.

Nick and his team are great! They do a thorough job inspecting properties so we are confident in what my buyers are buying. He does a great job explaining things to buyers as well. His easy going demeanor is great, especially for first-time buyers!

In searching for a home to buy, I have used Liberty Inspections twice. Both times they found existing conditions that would have cost me a small fortune to take care of after purchase. The latest was a badly leaking roof that the seller did not reveal on their disclosure form. The next property I look at purchasing, I will absolutely be calling Nick for a thorough inspection.

Nick and his team were so thorough and incredibly communicative with my wife and I (a first time home buyer) when discussing what they were seeing and looking for! While this is a stressful time for us they were able to give us ease of mind and we were positive they were doing a wonderful job! They report was clear and in depth with each area that they recommended be fixed immediately, at some point, or met satisfactory requirements. Overall they were a joy to work with and would recommend them to anyone and everyone!!!
