Excellent experience with Leon with his inspection throughout the new build construction in the Avance community. He visited the site every 3-4 days on average. Sent me photos and relevant updates each time. He is very thorough and detailed-oriented. Always kind and respectful. He would even message me while he was on vacation. I have nothing negative to say about Leon. I thought his price is very reasonable and would very highly recommend him to anyone, new build or existing!

Wow!! We have a new home that is coming up on the one year warranty work. A realtor friend of mine recommended Leon. Thank goodness she did! Leon was very thorough and wrote a comprehensive report with photos to provide explanations. He was polite, detail oriented, explained his findings to us, offered suggestions along the way and was very professional.
Also, he's a very nice guy! I highly recommend Leon for your home inspection.

Leon is polite, professional, personable and does exceptional work! I was truly impressed with the well-detailed report Leon gave after his inspection of the house. He found everything from bigger problems to very minor ones too. He walked us through the home to point out his findings, and made sure we had a clear understanding of the major items. Later the same day, I received a PDF report detailing all the findings (pictures included) which I have already referenced numerous times. It is very clear Leon cares about his work and his customers. Highly recommend!!

Leon is the premier home inspector for the greater Phoenix area. As a Realtor in the valley for 17 years, Leon has performed home inspections for dozens of my home buyer clients, and they all rave about him. He is meticulously thorough, which is the best trait for a good home inspector. He is upfront, honest and trustworthy, and a genuinely nice human. I would not recommend him to my clients if I did not have the utmost faith in his abilities, as the business associates I refer to my clients reflect on me. All of my clients who have had Leon as their home inspector, including myself, have been completely satisfied, and continue to use his services for every home they purchase.
