Signature Shutters

I wish there was a way to give 0 stars. I've been trying to get 1 set of shutters installed in my office from this company since September 2020. They've been to our location no less than 4 times. The measurements were't correct, the stain color didn't match. Finally, they took a louver from one of the existing shutters and now it's the end of January and I still don't have shutters nor my existing louver. I was just told by Gigi that I would need to find a different supplier that it was impossible for them to provide my shutters. I am a repeat customer from having my entire house done with shutters and an office space. This company has such a lack of customer service and competence. I would NOT recommend them for anything. You're better off paying more and getting what you order.

I agree with the seven stars as well. Got my full house done for half the cost of other places. I have had them come out twice for warranty work and have been so happy. No, actually I have been thrilled with them and the beautiful shutters in my home. I can’t figure out why there are one star reviews as I can say nothing but positive things. So thankful I found signature shutters. Update 3 years after install: I am still so happy with my experience. They have come out on multiple repairs. They come on time and are always professional. I currently added shiplap to a wall that had a window on it. They came out Friday and removed the shutter for free and then came back out Monday to reinstall. I couldn’t be happier.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, ABSOLUTELY A NIGHMARE!!! We paid this company over a year ago to make and install our shutters in our home, its been a years we still only have 1/2 shutter in our kitchen and cannot open our bedroom windows with the shutters open. Ken the "owner" will not come out and speak with us. BEWARE!!!

all the negative reviews sum it up. same horrible experience during my shutter purchase and install. Too bad cause i had 2 friends who were in the quote process till they saw my issues.

So far I’m completely disgusted by the lack of customer service. Right now I’m filing a complaint with the register of contractors. Ive been told 3 timesa manager would contact me and have yet to been called back. I was told by the front desk that they “don’t have the number” for the owner or the manager and yet they would once again pass my message along. We Spentafewthousand dollars with them doing our blinds and we had a crack In one . They came to repair a blind and took it with them on September 18th and I was told they would be back in 3 weeks with it. I called hem at 4 weeks and got a run around. Called hem again a week later and they acted like they had no idea what was going on. They scheduled a date to come back and the day before they came back they cancelled on me bc they didn’t have it complete. I’ve called 2x’s since and have had no return phone calls. I will update this review once this has been resolved.
