Their prices aren't of any special value. The employees are so incredibly rude and completely useless. The only employee who asked if we needed help or even acknowledged our presence didn't know anything about hardware or any kind of maintaince. Pretty sure he thought we were shoplifting so he offered his useless non- advice. The kid who works the cashier is so miserable and unfriendly I would drive many miles and spend more $ to avoid him and the rest of the true value crew. No wonder these stores are near extinct!

Sad this store is closing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Also, this store was so close and convenient.
