This company is amazing to work with. The people at APPS Paramedical are professional, knowledgeable, and hardworking. If you are an agent calling ordering an exam you will always speak with the same three people. We have been using this company for years and would never go back to EMSI or Exam One. Their examiners are prompt, professional, and knowledgeable.

Bad experience with an inept technician. Not much customer service with her defensive supervisor either. When I complained about her contaminating a medical vial by pressing her thumb against the septum (syringe entry point), and subsequently throwing it in the trash, the supervisor suggested I retrieve it from the trash and wash it off - that this met "protocol". After trying to draw my blood (which she failed at), she dropped the gauze on the floor and then applied it to the wound to blot the blood drops.

I had a great experience with this company... Usually people only write negative comments but I am here to praise this company. My examiner was extremely professional, caring, quick, and very responsive. I have had many blood draws in my life and I have to say this one was painless and accurate.
