Beatitudes at Home

Don't use Beatitudes Home Health! We had used them twice in the past. When we tried to use them this time, Lynn Brown lied to my mom's PCP and told them that they wouldn't come out to our home anymore because in the past, they came out to our home and we refused service. That is an outright lie! There are medical records proving Lynn Brown's vicious lie! We did 2 months last year with PT, OT, nurse and bath aide, and we did the exact same earlier this year. I have tried multiple times to reach Lynn Brown and Beatitudes president, Michelle Just, with no return phone call and voicemail every time. Can you imagine a home health business that lies to your PCP about your actions, and then when you call to get an explanation of their misbehaviors, they run for the hills and hide like cowards. In addition, the rude person who answers the phone after hours hung up on me twice and refused to give me her name. Clearly, this organization is beset with lots of problems and among them, lying to others in a healthcare setting. Stay away from Beatitudes altogether. Stephanie Steele in skilled nursing is a nightmare! She is rude, lacks empathy, and no one likes her. I've heard horror stories from others who have had to deal with her. Lastly, their skilled nursing facility is a dump!
