I am not surprised to read these poor reviews. I am the medical power of attorney for my brother, and have been trying to get home health care scheduled for him. The first nurse was a no show. All I get is the run around and excuses. I am going to report them to every single agency that I can. Better business bureau, health care licensing agencies, etc. Judging from the number of dissatisfied customers, I'd say a class action lawsuit is very possible.

Run around Galore! If you need an agency not to give a hoot, go ahead use this agency. My father is bout to die and these people keep making me go back and forth to the doctor and them just to establish care for a guy who is in critical shape. I get that we are in a middle of a pandemic, but Lord have mercy......The level of incompetence is stunning.

Horrible and corrupt company. Passive aggressive that pretends to send referrals and they do not allow you to choose any vendor of your choice! They choose for you based on who they favor and your loved one suffers. If they manage your insurance referrals, switch insurances. They purposely lie and give you the run around.

Ive had to speak with this company multiple times because my mom was at the hospital the last few weeks with health issues, and her insurance is apparently only able to go through PHCN for home health. The whole process was extremely confusing and the first time trying to get home health for my mom when she was released was so frustrating! Someone (I dont remember who) from PHCN eventually called after days of waiting and trying ti take care of my mom on my own, said they had to close the referral for missing something from the doctor but when I called the hospital it took forever to speak with anyone snd when I did would tell me everything was sent! I called back I was transferred to Summer, and after telling her everything I talked to the hospital case manager about, who kept giving the run around, she asked if I could hold while she looked into the referral. When she came back she explained everything that was missing from the hospital, even said the same case managers name (I didnt tell her the name), and told me they had called and faxed them multiple times but never got what was needed. I still dont understand why these federal guidelines are so strict!!!! but she was the FIRST person from this whole situation that explained everything really clearly, and assured me that she would be following up on getting services for my mom. She called back the same day to let me know she got a hold on my moms primary doctor, had some documents sent back and that she got the referral approved. Then a couple hours later she called back again letting me know services are starting the next day! Gave me their number and everything! She really helped get my mom the care she needed, and communicated with me every step of the way! Its been a couple weeks and because of the services my moms recovery going much better!
