Everything that everybody said about customer service is true Mark is simply one of the best experiences I've had in hi-fi I bought the xp 27phono amp and the int-250 he is always been nothing but courteous answered all your questions and just an all-around great guy

Very happy with Reno Hifi. I bought a set of PassLabs mono blocks about 2 years ago and they have been perfect in my system. Recently ordered the PassLabs headphone amp and again another great experience. Mark takes care of his customers and it is very much appreciated.
