Twain was responsible, reliable, meticulous, and a true professional. He did masonry repairs, replaced our front porch, and carport, support beams, scraped and then painted our entire house (by himself). He even made custom wood shutters, replacing the cheap plastic ones that came with the house, and repaired our side gate. Amazing attention to detail, and our home looks beautiful.

Handyman services are not suppose to do but small jobs or they need to be licensed with the state (ROC). "Arizona law allows unlicensed contractors to perform certain jobs as long as they cost less than $1,000, including labor, materials and other items. This is commonly referred to as Arizona's "handyman" exemption for a limited range of services." This is for your protection too.

Twain completely transformed my kitchen. He replaced my window with a smaller window which entailed matching the masonry on the exterior wall. He removed the awful fluorescent lights in the soffit and installed LED fixtures. Besides gutting the whole room, he also resurfaced the walls so they looked brand new! He also moved plugs, and did all the plumbing. Twain is very easy to work with. Very receptive to your ideas but never afraid to offer suggestions (you don't know what you don't know!).
