Trip of a lifetime made even better with the awesome BG Wild guides!!! Daniel, Cole and Marilou took amazing care of us on our trip and made sure we knew all the tips to make this once in a lifetime trip better than I could’ve expected. From the snacks and meals to the trek out tips to guiding us to waterfalls I never would’ve found on my own I highly recommend using BG Wild to explore this amazing location.

My husband & I used their company to help make our Havasupi trip a little easier on us. We carried our own items, but used their food/snacks and touring services. The team was fantastic and it was a trip to remember. I do, however, have to mention how irritated I am with their customer service after my trip was completed. It is petty, but beyond frustrating. We get shirts on the last day of the adventure. There wasn't a shirt that fit me, so I was told to just e-mail customer service an they will mail me one, easy! Well I am about 2 months past my trip and still no shirt. I have e-mailed them COUNTLESS times asking for the shirt and I get ignored, told that it is on it's way, told that it will be personally dropped off. There are other's CC'd on the e-mails so I know I'm not the only one NOT getting the items promised. Again super petty, but it's so frustrating. My husband and I like to collet shirts from special trips like this so it's meaningful. BG Wild, please don't tell your well paying customers that items will be mailed out or personally delivered over and over and over again when you can't. SUPER annoying to a point where I felt compelled to write this to get their attention.

We had the most amazing experience with BG Wild tour of Havasu Pai falls in October 2017. Our guides were both professional and fun, especially Daniel, who ensured our safety and comfort throughout this adventure. I highly recommend BG Wild for future trips!
