Great fast service but the techs need to be empowered to do whats right. Cannot say its our policy and leave my remote start antennas dangling. It was attached to the old glass, you remove old glass, you reinstall it simple! Manager had to make a special trip out to reinstall them.

Entirely pleased with this whole process; glass arrived earlier than they had been promised; and they installed it immediately!

Scheduled an appointment. Guy came out, took forever doing measurements on 2 windows, but was very nice. Turnaround time was 3 weeks which is what he said. He completely forgot to order another piece for the project even though I called and confirmed with him that the order was correct and included all pieces. Now 3 weeks later it was wrong and of course the guy does not work there anymore. They are unorganized and only offered a 10% discount for their mistake. Why would I give you another $490 for your mistake and pay more in labor, No thanks. Now I'm stuck using them for the 1st piece, because I already ordered a custom glass. Double check their work, measurements and quotes very closely.... my fault for calling the guy and not emailing him. Keep a Papertrail...
