        Service went down hill. I waited for 45 mins at SimonMed, Nichols team did not send over the paperwork nor did they even have a note about my referral. I went to the office and basically had a doctors visit with a receptionist. Avoid this place like COVID, they went from awesome to clueless in a heart beat.

        Regular doctor check up, arrived early as usual and the receptionist kept removing her mask. I asked her to please keep it on for my safety (I’m 65) and she yelled and threw me out. I do not recommend this office, they are not polite, unsafe in COVID times and unprofessional. For a misdiagnosis and verbal abuse, check in here.
