The providers here have been fine but I learned rather abruptly (I had to ask them) that One Medical providers are no longer covered by my insurance. Apparently, One Medical is affiliated with Dignity Health, which has been in a dispute with Blue Cross Blue Shield of AZ. Who knew? Before you pay the annual fee double check your coverage. As of yesterday they are still listed as covered by BCBS.

Friendly and knowledgeable doctors and nurses. Appointments run on time. The waiting area is comfortable and pretty with hospitality amenities.

I made an appointment 2 weeks ago and I just got an email that my appointment was canceled. So I tried calling to see why it was canceled and been on hold for 15 minutes. Pretty weird .

Worst experience in a medical office, they are the patients it used to be a lot better as IORA, they want to do everything on the phone and you have to have all the answers so what do I need for? A prescription? They are the worst.

It's interesting to see how you can't find Google reviews to leave for One Medical, maybe it's because they work for the same company? I used to work for OM last year for a split second until higher-ups went on a firing spree that included managers. I was part of a training group that let go of 5 people and only kept 1. It was completely blindsided to how they wanted to do it. I remember being told to keep our laptops at our desks and wouldn't tell us the reason for it. I asked my trainer that I didn't receive an email regarding it and she shot me a dirty look saying it was sent to her and to leave it behind. I didn't think anything of it considering she didn't really like any of the trainees. Once I got off my shift, I was staying late to complete a work item for a patient (we were required as non-health professionals to call customers "patients") that no one wanted to speak to me. I left on a strange day and caught the evening bus to head home, it wasn't until I was home that I learned I was fired along with other trainees. Not one manager at OM could have let us know that. I was hired by a group that helps companies get employees, so she was my go-to between communications. She let me down by ghosting me after a few months, I needed my blazer since I left it behind and expected to retrieve it the following week. Never got my blazer and am still being ghosted by my recruiter. I'm not the type to trash people or companies online, but I will say to stay away from this co. They are not as giving as they would want their "patients" to think. They also may not understand how to communicate or show their help with the transgender community since in training, they referred to looking up doctors that specialized in that community as an "STD" specialist. I'm going to leave this post with some advice on paying the fee and also looking for an MD, don't it's a scam. They make you pay $200/per year for a subscription that is not an immediate same-day booking (it can take up to 6 weeks or more to book an appt.), to see a nurse practitioner in place of a doctor, and with some leads acting as a health practitioner. You will waste valuable time and money at this place.
