Greencraft Interiors

I purchased a new house which used Greencraft as the contractors for cabinets. Greencraft is refusing to install a bin that was supposed to be in the house because they falsely claim it was already installed. I sent them a photo of under the sink showing that there are no installation holes anywhere. The photo includes GPS meta data showing it is from my house on a particular day. After living in the home for a few months we realized that a steel sliding bin was supposed to be installed in our sink cabinet but never was. After contacting greencraft they stated that they did install the bin and have proof through pictures. Obviously this was not true so I got the House builder manager involved. The builder manager asked Greencraft to show him the pictures. They had pictures of other items they installed but not the one for the bin i am missing. The Builder manager setup a time for Greencraft to install the bin. After not showing up I found out that Greencraft's customer representative personally refused to do the work. This is after the Builder manager and he had an agreement that he would do the work. The work involves installing a bin that probably costs $30-40. I have no problem installing it myself but I do not like being lied to and called a liar by a company. I have again contacted the Builder manager who is again checking with greencraft to find out what happened.

Garbage company. Our new build had subfloor issues upstairs - loud creaking - so we had it repaired through warranty. In turn, Greencraft had to come out to pull up and put the carpet back after the subfloor was fixed. They left huge gaps by two bedrooms that needed to be corrected. They sent someone back out a few months later and they supposedly fixed it. One of the seams began to come apart so we opened another ticket to have it repaired. They came out and we didn't hear anything for two months. Then we get notified that no repair will be done because they decided the damage was caused by a pet. A pet?! RIGHT where the seam was? When there is NO carpet damage ANYWHERE ELSE in the house but coincidentally our dog or cat decided to dig at the one spot in the house where the carpet had already been repaired TWICE. What a joke. There is no possible way our animals did that damage. They are just trying to get out of making ANOTHER repair that they messed up. The carpet wasn't even laid decently the first time! Now we will have to spend thousands of dollars to get new carpet put in so it wont look like trash. HORRIBLE service.

Greencraft was the floor installer for my new home purchased through David Weekley. I had laminate flooring installed in most of the home. The floor started separating in areas leaving gaps in the floor between wood panels. Some areas of flooring starting to overlap one another. We have had several people from Greencraft along with their subcontractors to come and address the problem to no avail. They refuse to fix the problem the correct way which would be to remove flooring and redo it per their sub contractors and just want to put band aids throughout. This has been an ongoing fight with David Weekley to get this issue fixed. I would NEVER purchase another home from David Weekley or anyone else that use Greencraft Interiors and refuse to hold them accountable. Services: Flooring repair, Floor fitting, Flooring
