I was referred to Craig Rising's company by a friend, and didn't know him prior to my roofing job. After the project was completed there were a couple minor issues. After contacting Craig, he not only promised to fix things but he told me that he was not going to cash my check until I was satisfied. The next day the crew returned to address the minor issues, and I was very happy about the outcome. I give the high rating as the result of Craig's integrity as a business man, and his focus on customer satisfaction. I will use him again.
