Waste Management (Now WM) - Sky Harbor Transfer Station

I ordered extra seevices to move froma commercial site. You didn't show, and you didn't call. I called and got rescheduled. Again, you were a no show. That was Friday. I waited all day for WM to"no show" me. Saturday I moved out at much extra cost for me! I had to move!! Landlord was standing right there. Monday you called and said your extra dumpster was there but the site was locked up. TOO LATE!! I had already moved! Landlord locked up his property. So Waste Management doesn't care what YOU want. Probably because there are no options. They arrive when they feel like it. I don't like this business model at all!

The woman at the entrance is incredibly rude! We drove from Tempe to drop off some trash. I brought my electric bill for proof of address. She would only accept a bill from the city of Tempe so I pulled one up on my phone. She wouldn’t accept that either. She said it had to be a paper copy. She was very condescending and has no business working with people. I didn’t have time to go home and come back again before my kids got out of school so I just had to drive around with trash in the back of my truck because of some silly rule that I’ve never encountered before at the transfer station that used to be at Kyrene and the 202.
