What a wonderful experience I had with A Authentic service today. I called first thing this morning and by 10am Christopher B was at my door. He showed me everything that was wrong and explained how it all works. He showed me the difference between the parts I had and how it was worn out. He was a good people person.

My husband and I came back from a camping trip to find that our garage door wouldn't open. We called up A-Authentic and had a tech, Derrick, out very quickly. Derrick was cordial and had us up and running within the hour. He not only fixed our issue in such a short time frame, but explained clearly what had happened and ways to improve and maintain our current system. He easily exceeded our expectations. I hope we have him as the tech for the improvements that we'll be making down the line, per his recommendation. We won't look anywhere else for our garage door needs!

Scott came out and did a servicing as well as replaced the bearing rollers on the door. His work was not only excellent but he was pleasant, very informative, and gave us a great education. A neighbor visiting at the time asked about insulating garage doors and Scott gave us excellent in put on what not to do and what to do. WE WANT SCOTT EVERYTIME AND THANKS ROSIE ROMERO FOR YOU REFERRAL AS ONE OF YOUR APPROVED VENDERS!

A-Authentic had serviced my aging garage door opener several times this year before it simply became clear that the unit had become too old and too touchy and really needed to be replaced. They sent the same technician, Ethan, each time and he was also the one to replace my unit today. Each time they gave me a one hour timeframe during which he would arrive, and he did - calling in advance if he thought he might be early. He was on time every single time, and was knowledgeable, personable, upbeat and completely helpful - even when working in the summer heat. I really appreciated the professionalism, helpfulness and timliness of Ethan and A-Authentic.
