PetSmart Corporate Office

PetSmart in Janesville Wisconsin. Very disgraceful to people wanting to buy aquarium fish in the fish department. They ignore customers, while talking to they're friends and family. They have refused me many times. Is. Glad pet land and Petco are professional employees. I only spent $75 to 300. A month my pets. PetSmart has better customer than myself. I will continue at the other pet stores

They act like they care about there animals but really dont. I bought 3 guinea pigs there and right now one is sick. I had this guinea pig less then 24 hrs when he was showing signs of not feeling good. I call them the next day to tell them my concerns and they acted like it was there main priority to get him seen and taken care of. If it was they woulda brought him to the emergency pet clinic but they didnt. They told me that they would get me in tomorrow morning and I can take him in that night. Then they turn around and tell me that the appointment is for tomorrow and no one knows about the first appointment nothing but the run around. Every one had a different story. Then couple girls admitted that they know they sell sick animals and dont do anything about it. My guinea pig was sick and they were neglected it. It had crusty nose really tired and crust eyes. All they said all it needs it dopamine and it will be fine. Heard that from more than one person even managers and techs. Like a broken record . Took bean ( my guinea pig) in and he needs doxycycline and neo poly dex. Bean has to be separated for 2 weeks from the other 2 guinea pigs. Hoping they arent sick as well. The doctor said that hes been sick for a while from neglect and not a clean cage. I called corporate and they wouldnt do anything beside file a complaint. Im not happy at all with pet smart I spent alotta money on the stuff for them and paying for them and find out that they are sick and I gotta pay for a vet bill. I havnt even had them a week. Its not right at all and sad that they know the animals they sell are sick and they sell them anyway and with out care. Dont let them fool yea when they say they care about the animals they dont.

Jane I Corp office is a VERY RUDE AND NASTY LADY! I will never shop Petsmart again. Grooming sucks there!!!

I have never experienced this type of horrible customer service at any Pet Smart until today!!! This miserable employee named Jenn at the grooming salon in Dulles landing has absolutely no business being there, she is rude and doesnt know how to speak to customers. Don not recommend getting anything done at this salon as long as she is working there! The way she was grooming the poor dog was so concerning. Will never go back to this place again!
