Northern Chateau Apartments

With all these bad reviews, it really makes a person like me who is searching for a place to stay really second guess. Word of advice: Address these issue's with your current residents and resolve them. It is imperative in this day in age where EVERYONE is basing their decisions off reviews. It's actually kind of sad that you all are aware and have yet to make any changes. It speaks VOLUMES!-

My son lived there for 16 months with no problems, then the Mgmt turned on him, blaming him for damage in the complex that he had nothing to do with, and evicted him. Now he is homeless, and I blame them.

Old, run down, apartments are not furnished with proper appliances as they should be. Some units don't have stoves or even burners to cook on, thry have tiny little fridges like for a bedroom. The people are nice & courteous. Look b4 you lease!

I lived at Northern Chateau a year and a half. It was a great time. Still friends with 4 of the neighbors. Quality friendsCarrie passed away that had moved before me I found out. Called her Mom to say hello and ask how Carrie was doing. It was very sad News. Office is great, professional and easy to reach. Maintenance was prompt and courteous. I would rent from Northern againwaiting list due to furnished and month to month when I lived there. RIP to Carrie she keep the office on their toes. She was an Angel at Heart . Peace, Love & Happiness can be found at the Northern Chateau. Never an issue with my car. 4 Pools with safety gated pool Patio with Table and Chairs for Cookouts, Sun, Birthdays, etc!! New Laundry, Plenty of Parking, Walk-In ClosetOne friend left and moved back to another unit while I lived at the NC. Jack And Box and other places to eat on cornerNew Gym on the cornerTell them Keith sent you to the NC!

called to ask about rentals for a friend down on his luck. they had nothing available, which is fine. tiffany said no and hung on me. didnt even say thanks for calling or anything how rude.
