Called looking for a repair. They were currently too busy to get a technician out, however they were very helpful on the phone and were able to diagnose the issue. He provided the info I needed to get the issue fixed. Awesome customer service.

Dave explained to me that living in Anthem would incur some travel charges and he helped me trouble shoot my problem so it didn't cost me a cent. He graciously spent time with me on the phone and followed up to make sure my problem was resolved. Great customer service. Thanks Dave.

I called for some advice on sealing my water fountain and they were so helpful, I can't believe it. Most everybody blue me off. So when I am ready for a new fountain, they will be who I call. Thank you Fountain Specialists.
