        First time customer, I like to support local businesses. I ordered a dozen red roses being the guy I am on short notice. Order was ready, unfortunately no fault of Pam the roses didn't open up, and died. I contacted Pam 4 days later, she gladly replaced them. I wasn't expecting that. The roses my wife loves, very fragrant. The flowers are of better quality than from the big box stores., and Pam's customer service went way above and beyond. Thank you much Pam. I will definitely buy from
