Carefree Stone

Just had our pebble stone driveway re-expoxyed and repairs made. Considering our pebble mix is not made any more they did a good job trying to match it. Looks a thousand times better. Very nice to deal with.

We have had our Kool deck resurfaced six times in 14 years. Each time, the company made it worse. Puddles formed when it rained or when my grass was watered and moved onto the deck. The grade was horrible; ugly water stains were constant. Jeff and his crew came this week and made it right for the very first time. My grass sprinkled twice this morning - no water crept onto the deck. I am so happy. Bonus - IT'S ALSO BEAUTIFUL! Jeff is a wonderful, genuinely nice man who cares 1000% about making his customers happy. I am so grateful for Jeff and for the opportunity to recommend him. He's the best you'll find. Thanks Jeff at Carefree Stone for resurfacing, painting, and sealing our Kool Deck, which now looks AMAZING. After dealing with quotes, Carefree Stone stood out from Jeff's professionalism, recommendations, and integrity. We got quotes from other companies which said which recommended completely removing our Kool Deck, which was $$$$$, and "pool down time." Jeff gave us a workable alternative which exceeded our expectations, saved us $, and kept our pool down time to a minimum. Jeff was responsive, and if any scheduling needed to be changed because of weather (monsoon), he would call or text. Would HIGHLY recommend.

NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! We have pebble stone flooring on our front and back patio that needed to be refilled and resurfaced in areas. The owner came out to evaluate what needed to be done and give us a quote. When they pressure washed it took off more pebbles and made more gaps. They filled in some of the gaps with different size and different color pebbles (see pictures). They told us the color would change in a month and they haven't! They left a rock mess all over our yard. Some of the excess rocks that weren't cleaned up had epoxy on them and stuck to the surface. We have had to chisel off each rock since it hurts to step on them. Now we have to redo the whole patio! What a waste of money!

Five stars is not enough for the wonderful job Carefree Stone did in resealing my flagstone and repairing the cracks on the pool decking around the skimmer. To Jeff who came out to give me an estimate that blew all the other 3 companies out of the water, to Jen who answered all of my questions and phone calls, to Dennis, Jay, and Spencer who did an awesome job. Dennis is an artist on matching my existing lace cool decking where the other companies wanted to grind it all down and retexture and paint it for thousands of dollars. They were always on time, never left a mess, kept us posted on all the stages of repair while they were here and answered all of our questions about the process. The flagstone and cool decking is absolutely beautiful! You should always get estimates from other companies, but I don't think you'll find anyone as great as Carefree Stone.
