I started going to Stretch Lab at Desert Ridge when they first opened and had a fantastic experience. When I began, my lower body was in awful shape. My hips and knees hurt constantly, my feet were cramped up, and I had difficulty sleeping through the night because my legs throbbed all the time. From the beginning, I was paired with their "flexologist" Kris, who has an extensive background in physical therapy. He worked with me once a week for a 50-minute session each time, and within the first month, I was experiencing a lot of relief. By the second month, the assisted stretching Kris provided weekly had gotten my lower body to the point of movement where I could join a gym and begin working out several times a week. I continue to improve, and the pain level I currently experience is minute compared to when I first started working with Kris. Joining Stretch Lab was a solid investment in my physical health and wellbeing, and I am pleased by the consistent progress my body has made and the excellent skill and care Kris provided while assisting with that progress.

Highly recommend! I needed help improving flexion in my knee post knee replacement and Kris really understood my issue and worked on increasing my range of motion. I couldn't be happier and encourage people to try their service. For me it's been a game changer.
