Extensive selections and great service standing behind the products they carry. We purchased a Dimplex Revillusion 42" about three months back and when we had set-up and/or installation questions to resolve, they were responsive and helpful.

The place was good, scheduled appt to look at our fireplace, scheduled 3 months backlog. Technician who came out was very unfriendly. Made several excuses to go out just to smoke, didn't do much and just said he couldn't fix it.

Scheduled an annual service for our fireplace from Arizona Fireplaces. We live " out of town ". Was told the cost would be $ 245 and a date for the agreed upon. Three days before the scheduled date, we received a call from Arizona Fireplaces that there would be an additional $ 500 out of town service charge added for a total of $745. We were never told of this charge when we scheduled the service and have never had an "out of town" charge during our last two annual services. We would never have purchased a gas fireplace from them had we known that an annual service call would be 10% of the original cost. We would suggest anyone who lives " out of town " this twice before purchasing anything from this company!  We have had good service in the past.  We are highly disappointed that Arizona Fireplaces would treat their out of town customers like this.
