We were in the process of getting our home ready to put on the market when we discovered a possible mold issue in our guest bathroom. Our agent listed Restoration Services Ltd. on the referral sheet so I contacted them for help. Chuck, the owner, was great to work with. He explained the process and even recommended a testing service to confirm the presence of mold before starting any work. Once the testing confirmed the problem Chuck's team went to work first removing the vanity so it could be refinished and then demo-ing the walls for clean-up. The guys showed up on time, were very courteous and to steps to protect our home while they worked. The vanity looks like new and the rebuild of the walls turned out great. I would not hesitate to use Restoration Services in the future and recommend them highly to anyone who needs their service.

Restoration Services provided excellent general contractor services for three extensive residential remodel projects where I served the clients as the interior designer. On each job site, Chuck was professional and went the extra mile for the project team and the client to provide quality workmanship, customer service, and technical expertise. As out of state residents, we were devastated to hear that our condo in Phoenix was severely damaged as a result of a fire in the Complex. The good news was that Restoration Services Ltd had been retained to restore our unit. Through the rebuilding process Chuck Nechtman kept us well informed of what was happening at our condo and patiently addressed all of our questions and concerns.
