This company is bar far the worst company I have ever dealt with. They are extremely rude, and have zero compassion for any human being. Every single rep I have spoken to has a horrible attitude, or has an issue with listening. Their favorite things to do are cut people off while talking, assume they know what is going on in your life, make rude comments, and have attitude. I only remember 2 names; Patricia, and Ariana. However if you call you will get another one of their rude employees. Do NOT do business with this company.

Man let me tell you.. The people here have helped me ALOT at first it was a struggle i was in tears trying to figure out what to do. And the moment i got on the phone with the Manager Karen Alvarez she worked with me thru it all. Of course i still had to pay my paymnt but man thus women is so understanding and kind and patient. You have know idea Karen how much i appreciate you thank you so much from me and my son Mathew.
