        Came for a 1200 appointment,no service in loading my truck.1 loader for the entire dock!!!

        Electric motors failed. Three units installed 4/19 and used 3 months in 2019. Tried to turn on yesterday and two out of three motors failed. Technician from Donley AC says new motors needed. Warranty expired less than one month ago but no consideration.

        The Pro-stat thermostat failed after 2 yrs Shutting down my cooler in heat wave, not under warranty costing $210.00 . The thermostat is proprietary only available from an authorized dealer and no other thermostat will work on this model EBP-115 Phoenix manufactured cooler. Proving unreliable and very high cost of ownership. Wish I had gone with a standard cooler from home depot instead
