        This place is a joke. My father left me some monies in Dec. here we are 2 months later and Scwab will not release/ roll over these monies. Tons of paper work that all has to be notarized. Everytime you think you are done there is one more page and one more signature....notarized, of course. Staff help is nonexistent and I've only asked for help about 10 times. Hard  pass on this company. Fidelity makes this all too easy and they are incredibly helpful.Thumbs down Schwab.....get your stuff together and remember who's money you are dealing with.

        I want to publicly thank Brett Erickson and his team for their sympathy and support after my son passed away November 30. Not only did they express sympathy and give me time to grieve before gently guiding me in completing documents, but they also sent me  beautiful flowers.
