Maverick Gates

They had great service in the beginning. After that it dropped off. Their billing is also a little scattered. Company has potential. They just turned into another gate company nothing to really set them apart anymore.

Their website boasts their responsiveness. BS. They completely ignored multiple inquiries to get a bid to gate our community. We will give the work to another contractor.

My Association awarded our front gate contract to Maverick after multiple back-and-forth with our current service provider. Everyone I have spoken to, from technician to owner, over at Maverick are true professionals. They took the time to address our concerns, answer our questions, and even provided recommendations on how to keep our gate healthy. I highly recommend Maverick Gates to anyone looking for quality work and expertise in the automated gate industry..

I was disappointed when they called and said they would not be willing to itemize my bid for my gate system. They took the time to send a tech out and get the scope of work needed, and I was willing to review additional items that needed to be done, but asked that they itemize the work and cost associated with that work that needs to be done. I am spending $8k+ and having an itemized bid provides me with full transparency and allows me to compare bids to other vendors. When vendors aren't willing to itemize its because they are afraid for you to see what they charge for labor and for the parts as they want to just bulk it all into one cost. We agreed on the phone that it's not the right fit and we will not be doing business with them in the future.

Thought we had my gate working but problems continued...workers trapped in my driveway because gates wouldn't open, gates opening randomly due to default of Liftmaster system installed by Maverick Gates.Condensation on sensors caused workers unable to access property.Finally, magnet that holds gate firmly closed stopped working the gate to hang open.You might as well leave your front gates wide open if you have a security system you cannot trust.Sadly, I would not recommend this product or the company that installed it.
