Called 2 week ago schedule appointment fora quote. Seems very disorganized, Have not got a quote yet..... 🤔🤷🏻‍♂️

Good job with the pony wall; but now there are at least four places where the blocks are actually loose and in danger of falling completely off. I can't get them to come out and fix the problem. Promises, excuses and lies seem to be the norm. I just don't understand how a business can fall short in customer service and fixing something that they screwed up.

I had a block wall constructed by Block fence of Phoenix. As part of this job I purchased a custom metal gate from them. Upon installation of the gate by the subcontractor they use I noticed the gate was damaged with deep scratches. I brought this to the attention of both the subcontractor and Block fence of Phoenix. I was assured this would be resolved or a refund would be issued for the cost of the gate. It has been over a month since the install was completed; To date, I have yet to receive a refund for the gate and the business has stopped responding to my attempts to make contact. The experience started off great and ended very poorly, overall I would not recommend this company.
