Dining room closed indefinitely? Is this a trend? The owners probably don't even know enough to do anything about it. Employees taking it upon themselves to close the dining area and only have drive thru is a unique sort of revolt. Part of it can be appreciated. Part of it can go away with the rest of the pandemic traditions. I want to be apologetic as possible about the fact that you are the only person taking drive thru orders and are incapable of working the counter as well. It's probably not your fault. It may be the fault of the owner who decides to only hire enough staff to keep just drive thru open. It's an interesting dilemma at a very particular time in life. If the owners were to hire more staff, the restaurant wouldn't do enough in revenue to pay them. So the resolve is put vulnerable people who NEED to work, because inflation and all that, in a position with an insurmountable workload and let them sort of fend for themselves. AND if they don't keep your profits coming, they don't get paid, and since they are incapable of an impossible task, here we are. Open the dining room, don't open the dining room. There is so much more going on and these are incredibly sad signs of harsh times. It would be much better if the restaurant just closed. You are doing a disservice to the entire community with your lackadaisical work ethic and your money hungry attitude. The owners I mean. You should take a pay cut for once and if it turns out you can't afford to operate effectively, get your bail out money and lend some of it to the hard working ambitious people who needed you for a stepping stone, to help them pursue their dreams. Because they helped you keep yours running and now it's in the ground. Time to actually give back. Sincerely, A hungry pedestrian.

The tacos are the BEST! Always consistent, always hits the spot. Customer service was friendly, but unfortunately I came in around 2pm and the tables still needed to be cleaned up from the lunch crowd and the condiment counter was a mess.

The food is always good when it's open. This is the second time I've shown up expecting it to be open, I even checked Google before hand. I arrived and the drive thru screen was off, nobody answered. Not sure if anyone was there, cars were in the parking lot. The website still says it's 24 hours. What happens if I ordered through the app right now? It needs to be communicated to your customers that there is a staffing issue. This was around 6am on Saturday 3/5.

Ordered the #4 Jumbo Jack and nowhere near what I expected it to look like. Heavy sauce on it, barely any veggies on it and patty was cold. The guy that took our order wasn't engaging and didn't offer good customer service. *02/17 update* Doors were locked during business hours and there was no sign stating the lobby/dine-in area being closed. If I can give this a half star instead, I would. Completely not professional and not informing. If restrictions are in place, it should be posted at the doors.

They try to do a good job. I appreciate that. I think the management has done better than most in the area when it comes to hiring decent people. The crew is pretty thin, so they have a lot of work to do. This location did used to be a lot better when it came to the quality of the burgers served. I wish them success, not an easy business to be in.
