Five Guys

2nd time we’re missing a portion of our order and 2nd time the same manager refuses to assist with a refund. I asked if I could simply drive over to pick up what is missing and was told absolutely not. The manager refuses to share her 1st name and said good luck calling corporate anyway because it’s a 3rd party that loops right back around to her. It has been a nightmare trying to deal with this person. Not everyone is lying to get a free burger and we don’t deserve being treated as such. After a 20 minute call with DoorDash the representative told me that same manager told them that their driver missed a bag and it’s on DoorDash. Not true! It was 1 burger missing from our large sealed bag. The restaurant missed placing the 1 burger in my bag. It seems this manager is running a pretty good scam making DoorDash pay for her mistakes. Not cool! Do better!

Never call before 11AM they won't take your order. Like they either don't want your business or you don't matter much? So I tried to order on the phone today, as I always do while driving. Today I'm told, after being put on hold for a while, that any order over 40.00 must be made online. I've been buying lunch for our team every Wednesday for 2 years, always over 50.00 with no problem, anywhere. I've always had to wait on my order, no matter how much advance notice given. We all enjoyed Whataburger today, my team liked it better than Five Guys. Good bye to poor service and inconsiderate help.
