The store looked and felt abandoned. I didn't even see the sign before turning into the parking lot. I felt unsafe waiting at the car hop spots, so I went in the drive thru. The employee didn't know how to swipe a card and had to get her manager to teach her. The chicken sandwich was disgusting, and cherry limeade barely had flavoring.

This location started going downhill early 2023. Problems Ive had there: items consistently unavailable, VERY VERY long wait times (Im talking like 45 minutes being the second car in line after they already came out and got my money), kids (employees) goofing off/inappropriate comments about getting/being high, given old/crusty cold food, charged incorrectly yet unable to refund, charged for items they said they no longer had and unable to refund. Unable to contact management. SO I quit going there last summer.
Fast forward to today: they have a new blackout slush. Decided that its been over a year since last visit so maybe Id give them a chance and try a new thing. Ordered two size smalls and was charged for mediums. Ordered cheese sticks and they are ROCK HARD on the outside and rubber on the inside (I live ONE BLOCK away, so it wasnt my commute- they clearly gave me OLD nasty ones), and it took 23 minutes when there was only 1 car in front of me and ZERO cars in any of the stalls. There were at least 4 different employees that I could see so they didnt appear to be short staffed. (One of them was even walking around in the parking lot kicking cups underneath the bushes instead of picking them up lol).
Outdoor sign has been busted since a storm we had last summer and its an eyesore.
What is going on, sonic?! Get it together!
