Sonic Drive-In

Took 20 min for watered down ice tea and cold pickle fries. I understand that the staff is limited. But she forgot the pickle fries and then 4-5 min later bright it out and it was cold. No ranch. I hope they get more staff

Worse Sonic location we have ever visited, everything we ordered was wrong, the pretzel was all soggy and oily, they forgot the cheese sauce. We ordered two nerds slushies and they got the flavor wrong and forgot nerds in one of them.

Good food, decent prices and the one thing that sets a place above all others if they've got it (and this place has got it), outstanding customer service. I bought a couple of shakes online. I took quite a bit longer getting there to pick them (and the mozzarella sticks) up than I had initially intended. They didn't take too long bringing them out to me, but by the time I got home the shakes had melted into a standard drink. The Arizona sun isn't often kind to cold desserts. I called 'em up and explained what happened and they said "Come back by, we'll remake them." There's no need to explain every detail of the story. In the end I had two awesome shakes without any hint of irritation by staff. In fact, the staff was perfect... which isn't a word thrown around too often when discussing customer service at fast food restaurants. Sonic was just that, though. They couldn't have done anything better in my view.

Come here almost everyday. Ryan and Dylan are friendly, gets my order right. Lately, the girl that works there is not friendly, cuts me off when I order and doesn't do my order right. My tots are always cold and burnt. Tea and coffee is not sweet. The only time she shows any emotion is when i tip her. I feel bad she hates her job. I am going back to Jack in the box.

Awesome shakes and blasts. My personal favorite is a Blended Cherry Dr Pepper Float! Perfect amounts of ice cream and soda and you don't even need a spoon!
